Don't break the chain

OBJETIVE 


Change is really important in our lives because all the time we need to improve different behaviors to achieve the goal that we want. In my case, the most important change is to have discipline and also change my food.
Don't break the change for 66 days means that you need to follow the same  activities every day. 


REFLECTOR 


The productivity method commits you to completing a daily goal for an extended period of time. Each day that you complete your daily goal, you add an “x” to a calendar. Eventually, you build a chain of x’s that extends days, weeks, or months. This streak of accomplishments is increasingly rewarding and dissuades you from breaking the chain. Eventually you’re able to build a long-term habit like daily journaling or morning stretching.
“Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You’ll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job is to not break the chain.”
Each “x” on your calendar represents a step towards your future self. Every workout you mark on the calendar is a commitment to becoming a stronger version of you. The consecutive evenings spent studying guarantee your academic success in the future. (Adegbuyi, 2022)
This method is the best way to follow the change that you want in the life. 


INTERPRETIVE


The discipline is one of the most important habits in the life because if you have discipline you will be useful in everything that you want. for example if you want to lost weight you need to do exercise every single day and in the end of the month or the year you notice the difference because when you change, every in your life and your environment changes.
