Yoga helps promote balanced development. "The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move".(Vallei, 2022). 


Practicing Yoga is the best way to take care of yourself because this practice can help you improve many essential skills in your life and also help you with your mental health and your physical health. One of the most important values when you practice yoga is that with the practice you can sleep better, lower your blood pressure and glucose levels, and you feel relaxed every day. All you have to do is have a routine every day; the best way to stick to a routine is when you have a calendar and mark with an x every day you complete the task, this way you can remember that you need to complete the activity to get the result you want.


Yoga has many advantages that we saw in the previous text and studies confirm that it is really good for general health. However, if you want to practice Yoga you must learn the correct way to do the exercises because you can injure yourself if you use the wrong way of stretching. You don't have to be an expert but you do need to follow the basic steps to do Yoga. This exercise is easy to do because you don't need any tools to do yoga, you just need a quiet place and a rug to start your stretching and meditation.


The best way to change your life is by practicing Yoga, you can improve your skills and also your lifestyle. You will feel better about yourself because yoga also transmits energy, and helps you clear thoughts and stress levels that you may have to work, family, school, or daily life.
